Remember that words like Royal, Imperial, Post Office, Charity cannot be used.Your company can trade immediately it is formed (you will get an email from us with your company registration number/certificate and copy of the memorandum and articles of association). It is your legal responsibility to appoint your own director/s and secretary and we will email to you the simple form 288A in order for you to file this immediately with Companies House. Please note all our companies are formed with a nominal share capital of £100 in £1 shares. If you require a larger capital base please inform us of your requirements in the box provided on the order form. The important documents that will confirm your company is formed will take up to 72 hours to reach you. |
